The Knolls of Aspen Trails is an idyllic neighborhood located in Liberty Township on the northeast corner of St. Rt. 747 and Kyles Station, situated in Butler County’s fast-growing Cincinnati-Dayton metroplex and is part of Lakota School district.

All home owners pay a one-time HOA capital reserve fee of $600.00 on each home site at time of closing. Each home owner will also be billed in January for the annual HOA fee of $600.00.
