About the Community
Welcome to Ross Trails, located in Ross Township, Ross Ohio, is situated in Butler County. Also, home of the Excellent Rated Ross Local School District. Ross Trails was once the Girl Scouts of America’s Butler County Girl Scout Camp.
Ross Trails has a total of 290 custom built homes sites on a total of 365 acres. Single family tracts of land range from ¾ acre up to 10 acre estate lots.
Ross Trails is currently in phase 5A of 6 total phases. The community has sidewalks and all underground utilities with no home owners association.
