Ranked by 2020 local revenue, The Cincinnati Business Courier has named locally owned Schmidt Builders the 6th largest homebuilder in the greater Cincinnati area. Previously recognized as one of Cincinnati’s top 10 home builders by and the Cincinnati Business Courier, Schmidt Builders started and closed 46 homes in 2020 which also put them in the same ranking for total number of homes sold as total dollar volume.  “We’ve been building homes in the Greater Cincinnati Area since 1958 and 2020 was beyond a doubt our busiest and best year in the company’s history,” said Alan Schmidt, Jr., President of Schmidt Builders. “We’re extremely proud of our team and want to recognize our team members for their hard work and dedication that allowed our company to achieve this success!” With new home sales accounting for approximately 10 – 15% of total home sales in the greater Cincinnati area, CBC home builder rankings are based on the total sales dollar volume for 2020.
